Cleaner Redcar specializes in providing a weekly service for local contractor accommodations. Our expert team does a top to bottom clean of the property for you, using at least 80% non toxic natural products.

General garden and outdoor spaces can also be maintained to the standard that the property expects, using customers garden equipment.

We also take care of any laundry requirements for the property for each visit, including the supply of washing products.

Drink & toiletry replenishment you wish to be in continuous supply will be topped up at each visit.

We offer additional attendance included in your fixed price package for tasks such as;- receiving deliveries or service connections, putting waste bins out and returning back to the property garden after collection. We will periodically take readings for gas, electric and water and update customers when bills are received in the post if requested.

You will receive a video after each and every visit, in addition to a task list completed at every visit, so you are fully informed of all activities completed during our service visit to give you full assurance that the highest standards have been provided.

Initially, we provide a free Meet and Greet service at your property, agreeing to an estimated price and within 24 hours, will provide you an unbeatable fixed cost per service price to last the business year, to work within your budget.

We also provide a ‘Stand In’ service for properties who usually take care of their own turnover services throughout the year to provide professional support when you are taking your own holiday.
